STUDENT DESIGN DAYS! CEU Presentation "Etiquette for Business Effectiveness" When: Tuesday, February 15th Time: 3 - 8 pm for Students 6 - 8 pm for Members and Guests Where: Mometum Group 2006 Surrett Dr. Archdale, NC 27263 This month's program, Design Days, is geared toward students, professional members and guests alike. There will be a special "Textile Basics" presentation and tour of the Momentum warehouse to be followed by a portfolio and resume review for students. Then a CEU program entitled "Etiquette for Business Effectiveness" for everyone to attend. The objectives of this course are to demonstrate how to make a good impression through effective introductions, how to fluently answer difficult questions from potential clients, how to perform as an effective host in client situations, and how to handle uncomfortable situations gracefully.
